🚫 Chocolate Box Stuck/Can't Collect Rewards!

Hi everyone,

We wanted to let you know that we are aware of the issues some of you are experiencing with the Chocolate Boxes getting stuck and not able to continue playing or accept your rewards!

We’re actively working on a solution, but it may take some time to resolve completely.

We understand how frustrating this can be and thank you for your patience and understanding. We will provide updates as soon as we have more information.

If you are looking for a compensation, we advise you to reach out to our Player Support Team via the game app:

Here's how:

  1. Open the game app and go to the settings menu (gear icon).
  2. Tap on the "?" and select the topic of the issue, In this case, select Lost Progress.
  3. Select the "Contact Us" option at the bottom of the page and provide details about the issue.

    I just wanted to let you know that the problem with the Chocolate Box getting stuck has been harder to pin down as it doesn't affect all users consistently but we are aware and still investigating.

    We're gathering more data to identify a common cause and our developers are testing several solutions to ensure that future updates resolve this without causing other gameplay issues.

    The problem is with the Chocolate Box. I cannot collect the rewards. Appear Claim and when I press appear the prize again Claim after that Connection issue and the message "Please restart or try again later. Please do not reinstall The game. It is in Facebook version, on mobile and Microsoft applicatio. After that I don't receive any prize and imediatly the Claim message appear.

    Hello @Tzvi_Marcu the issue you describe has been going on since October 2023, but still there has been no sign of King taking this issue seriously. As far as I know no fix has been suggested for this issue yet and due to most people just posting about their issue once and never returning I do not know if the issue fixes itself or they just give up.

    This happened to me too. And after close and reopen the game, the box was not there anymore. The claim button didn’t work.

    Another time, while I was working on the last order, the chocolate box decided to restart itself and showed a new box.

    My Chocolate Box hasn't changed in over a week. I can't get a new one!

    I guess now is a good as time as any. @Alienscar I've not mentioned the problems I have with the Chocolate Box because it would seem like I was whining. Basically, when I go to change it, it gives me the same dang thing. Does that make sense? Especially on the gold box. Very frustrating.

    Hi @Rhonda_L do you mean that each of the four choices for a task is the same? That doesn't sound right at all

    I know in my gold chocolate box the last task offers choices that are similar enough to maybe considered the same

    I get a choice of one UFO, 11 levels, 13 levels or 3 UFO.

    Is that the sort of thing that is happening to you.

    Alternatively do you mean that your task is stuck and when you try to change it you can't?

    I experienced similar gold box like you described Alienscar. Sometimes I got 1 party popper, then 10 win at first try, then 2 UFO, then 11 unplayed levels. Sometimes the alternative was even more challenging than the previous, especially when it called for booster that I didn’t have or not enough quantity. It seems they really want you to either use up your boosters or buy boosters. As the time runs out, if you don’t want to go back to the basic box, you will have to buy boosters.

    I need 2 ufo's for the chocolate box. I was playing a level where you had to free ufo's so thought they would be ok but it seems that they don't count. Bit mean I think...
