Not getting sugar drop prizes. The machine shows up and shows I won a prize but nothing drops

We have a workaround in the meantime that solves the problem :-)

Instead of clicking on "next" please click on the "X" instead

This should work for the time being, whilst our studio works on finding a permanent solution.

Hi ! My levels have not sugar drops , neither in my laptop, neither in my mobile. Therefore I can't get gifts. Why?

I am very sorry to be the bearer of bad news..... The Sugar Drops are being taken out from the game and hence, most of the players not seeing the feature anymore

King is planning to take it out completely as there are many other NEW features are available for us to gain free boosters!!! So, there is no "Fixing" @joanchilds9

Very few players still have it on their OLD levels!! If you happen to see the Sugar Drops in the past levels, you are those set of lucky players.... Use it while you can and collect some of those useful boosters!!

Hey @Pummy_Raj! Sorry for the delay in responding. This issue has stopped showing up after the latest update (1.145.0.3). But to answer your question, I would get the rewards the first time, but once the animation returned, I wouldn't get the rewards again (I never verified that the booster counts would change... just assuming based on claiming them the first time). The machine would continue to churn until I closed the app. Restarting the app would always fix.

I sincerely apologize for missing your post till today... for some reason, I have not received the notification even you have tagged me!!

So, once re-opening the App, did you receive the boosters every time you reach the specific count OR just the count kept increasing? For me, closing the App did not help and if I just leave the game open, it would return to the game and I can play other levels to collect more Sugar Drops.
I am sorry for asking so many questions... any and all details will be helpful to fix the issue.

Sorry for being completely missing for a while. The screen on the tablet I was playing on has gone out, so I haven't played in a bit.

I think I would get the boosters every time I reached a specific count. Once I get to playing again, I'll try to remember to leave an update here.

I’ve been playing on my iPhone for years, I have internet connection because I get emails from community King. One thing I don’t have is Facebook and don’t intend to sign on. What’s going on?

The King Team is working on this issue from past week or so and we should have an update about it this week

@wendy65 and @roula, what device are you playing the game and what platform are you using -- Facebook or Kingdom account;

@roula, next time when the machine get stuck, do not close the game, but just leave it like that. It goes back to the map and then you play another level with "Sugar Drops". There is a chance that you will get rewards this time. I am aware of this because this is what happens in my game most of the times.

It was fixed in my game and started again last week!!

Hello Elsa. I still have problem.
Every time I play a level, even if I get one sugar drop, the game goes to the sugar drop machine and it stucks and I have to close and open again the application. After my first message the problem was fixed just for one level, and then again the same. This is happening three weeks ago. please help. Thank you.

Seems to be working for me again, collection of sugar drops at normal points

I am at level 766 and the sugar drop jar drops my gift and I never receive it. I keep racking up points but no gift.

HI @roula, there is a glitch on the Sugar Drop Challenge and the studio is aware of this. You might want to keep following this link here because the Community Manager will probably post there with updates.

Does anyone know when the bug related to sugar drops will be fixed?
I have currently 3500/60 sugar drops and it just keeps accumulating!

The issue regarding collecting sugar drops remains unresolved in as much as I am not receiving them at various stages throughout the game. However I am receiving what I imagine are all my rewards around 186/160 which is significantly better than last week.

Hello. When the game goes to sugar machine , it doesn' t work and the application stucks, and I must close the game and open it again in order to continue playing. Only when I reach, over the 180 sugar drops , only then, the machine works and gives my gifts. Please help.

Thank you for your answer. I play on iphone8 64gb, so I have more than 2gb free. Also, cookies or cashe are not relevant, because this isn't a computer ...

I have now more then 2800 sugar drops ....

So, I understand that I must have patience, and wait until they fix the glitch.

3 times now I won the weekly race and I am supposed to get several rewards (I think 6 or 7 things). The reward appears and I select claim. After I select claim I am given the option to share or exit. I exit, but the rewards never appear! This is so frustrating because I could be using these rewards to pass levels!

Hello @Elsa. That is correct. I believe this is happening even when I "x" instead of choosing "next." Also, I have since seen that boosters aren't saved to Facebook, and I'm guessing I probably didn't lose any gold bars.

Anyway, I'll try to confirm regarding the "x" vs. "next."

Hey @Elsa. I did see this again after choosing "x", but it also worked normally several times. I did video it the last time it happened. I got my rewards, left the reward screen, saw an ad, and then the machine showed up again. The candies fall into the machine, the lid closes, they turn into pink liquid (or vapor?), and then the animation starts again immediately.
