Connection problems
I was trying to write my idea but I was able to write only title and nothing else. Not allowing me to type nothing below. Game is not connecting to Facebook as well. A while ago it was much better but now I don’t know what happening with this game. Free wheel not connecting, to send lives to friends not connecting, to receive extra lives not connecting so my questions is How to enjoy this game ? Half way it’s only loading. So disappointed ☹️. We need more better services and extra free lives to enjoy the game. Why we need to purchase all the time? It’s free game so? Creator should fix this things or could make it easier for many people to enjoy the game and fix the connection coz Im sure my data and wifi works very well. Thank you for cooperation 😁

Hi there, you may want to check whether your idea has been saved under "Drafts" in your profile icon. Because it is auto saved most of the time when we're typing. Having said that, I do recommend that you save your content as and when you finished a line or sentence.
As for not able to retrieve your game etc, most likely is due to unstable internet line or game not up to date. Please check these 2 items although you are quite certain that your WiFi is working perfectly because it's hard to tell when is it unstable.
Before updating the game, pls check your device have sufficient storage or memory. You may clear cache (NOT game data) before your update.
Then log out from game, restart your device and log back in as usual.
Please DO NOT uninstall the game because boosters inventories will be lost as it is stored locally on the device.

Please select your device that you are playing on this game, then you click on any device and read to follow these troubleshooting steps of this problem that I hope this helps (These discussions solved by Community Team.)

If you follow uninstall and reinstall this game, you save your game's progress and gold bars are transferred but you have lost all of the boosters and your event will be reset or gone.

@Anita1982 there are a lot of good advice above on getting your game connected to Facebook
few issues with Facebook spinning avatar that is causing problems with is preventing some people to send and receive from there friends . please see post below, as this is a Facebook issue we have no time frame on a fix
The issue regarding the extra moves not connecting and not being able to connect to the shop is a known issue. The game team are working on a fix for this but there is no time frame at present as its a complex issue
Hopefully these will all get resolved soon and you can get back to enjoying your candy crush saga experience
