Completed level 1344 and treasure showed 2 hour reward but I did not receive it.
I had to reload candy crush saga, when I did it went to level 1, I have deleted and reloaded again but same thing. by the way your help pages are totally f ed, if you get my drift. I have had to type this out 6 times now. I certainly hope that I get help
All my boosters on Soda Crush disappeared. Even the ones I just accepted on my mobile. I didn't uninstall the game and I didn't update the app. I had over 100. And about 6 more from completing a challenge disappeared right after I accepted them.
I used to play this game on my phone and I had an account... or game account. I just downloaded it on my pc recently but I cant seen to find a button where I can log in without going through facebook because I never logged in with facebook

A couple of weeks ago I tried to update Candy Crush Soda on my iPad and was unable to do so. Now the app is greyed out and I thought I would delete and reinstall. But no luck deleting.....just keeps hanging around but unable to play. Any thoughts?
