I had 600ish levels on my account, but I had to uninstall/reinstall the soda app. So I did, but now it won't let me log in to get my levels back. Please help or get me back to level 600.

On running out of moves on 2 different levels I purchased gold bars to buy extra moves. Soon as the transaction was complete and gold bars took the game crached loosing the gold bars on 3 occasions!

I was on 590 and then I bought a new phone in log in to Facebook and it took me to level 60 something. Still have old phone with game on it at level 590. Games up to date and phones up to date. Please help ticket ID 4760144
My phone was freezing while playing candy crush I deleted it and reinstalled it and was at level 1 instead of my level at over 2000 I have been playing both the 2000 and new start I don't enjoy the as much as I would if I had my progress back Ticket Id 4759873
