Black screen after loading. Tried all fixes and not working. Candy Crush works, but not Candy Crush Soda.

I have boosters on my iphone 5 but they won't transfer to the pc using firefox, the levels sync up but no boosters, why?

I uninstalled the game few weeks ago then installed it again and I still have my boosters. Then i didn't play for like a week and then when i played it again the boosters that I've collected from bubblegum hills are all disappear! I have like 300 lollipops, 18 striped lollipops and around 15 hands. Any help?
