First try log out and log back in, the purchased items might take awhile to show up. If you still don't see, then you need to contact player support from your game app. Good Luck!

I think there is a problem with the game server. Just make sure your game and device have the latest updates. Wait for a fix from the studio.

@jennypowell1981 Hi and welcome, a few people have the same issue at present and the game studio are working on a fix for this but we have no time frame for this. All you can do at present is keep your game up to date and log out and restart your device and then log back in. Also if you play via an internet browser please clear the browser cache.
If none of this helps you may need to work on a fix. The only other option is to try uninstalling your game but if you do this an you play via a mobile device you will only get your levels and gold bars back, any BOOSTERS or LIVES would be LOST and would be unrecoverable, also this is not guaranteed to fix the problem

As mentioned above few players have reported the same connection issue. Studios are working on it. But its a complex issue and no time frame can be given for the fix. Please try update tips and if you dont have enough boosters and stored lives reinstallation can be helpful as you will lose them.

If it's still not worked, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Purchase items are not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
