Happened AGAIN Today, so I waited for 15 Minutes, and Still got the same Message Pop-Up, left it on that Game and waited another 30 minutes, same Message AGAIN....Left the Game on same Message 3 hours Later. Kind of hard to believe that the Store is Unavailable for all this time. That Game is still there, and it just rolled 4 Hours, and SAME MESSAGE Pop-Up...Too Bad 1- Move To Win and I have to Trash it

As @ipete has mentioned above, on purchases you need to contact "Support". We don't do reimbursements here at The King Community.
Here is what you will need:
*User ID#
*Receipt Of Purchase (Or Order# etc...) - Screenshot *Or any issues you have, like "Error Codes", etc...
*Name Of Game
*Device You Play On

You can use the above link to contact support, or use the contact us thru the game.
Or you can contact our Player Support team from your game. Go to the settings cogwheel, click on the question mark, and select "Purchases and Gold Bars" and they will be able to give you a solution!
Be sure to answer the automated response you get. I would say "Support" is backlogged now because of the virus. So expect "Delays".

If it's still not worked, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Purchase items are not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
