@kandykiss Hi and welcome, Sorry to here you have had a problem with your purchase. The community does not deal with purchases as it contains you personnel information.
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
They should help you with your issue

If it's still not worked, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Accidentally Purchase" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

Playing a Game ( Facebook on PC), get down to 2 moves left. Out of Moves, so I go to the Store to Purchase 10 Gold Bars to get Extra Moves. Up Pops Message that Says "Store Unavailable, Try Again" SAY WHAT??? I Turn on my Cell Phone go to Soda App, Log -In, Go to Store, and It's Available to make a Purchase. My C-Phone and my PC use the Same Provider. I left that Game Running, 15 minutes Later I get the Same Message, What's Up with That, someone want to Explain??😒

@Idaho_Biker Hi and welcome, there is an issue in the game at the moment that the game studio are working on. Unfortunately we have no time frame on a fix for this at the moment
All you can do is the standard troubleshooting tips to see if this helps with your issue
Check your game is up to date also if playing via an internet browser clear your cache and log out and restart your device and log back in and see if this solves your issue

As mentioned above there is a connection issue at the moment in the game. And it is reported and work is going on to fix it.
You may also try to check with another browser . if you are using Microsoft Edge for example, then try with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera and vice versa
and see if it can be helpful.

I purchased gold bars for 16.99. I didn't see the bars credit to my account,, so I made the purchase again. I received the "in round boosters" and the time for boosters given in every round, but not my gold bars. So now I have spent 34.00 and not gotten my gold bars. HELP
