It has been awhile now and you still don't see the purchase items. You need to contact player support from your game app. Just follow help center link. They will help you further.

If they are not fast enough, you may want to contact whoever processed your payment...like google play. They are faster in getting your refund.

If it's still not worked, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Purchase items are not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

My piggy was full and I tried to buy it for $6.99. When I tapped to purchase, “something wrong “ popped up. I tried to buy again and it said my piggy had 0 gold bars. Refund of bars please. This was on Soda.
