If you follow uninstall and reinstall any King's Game, you save your game's progress and gold bars are transferred but you have lost all of the boosters and your event will be reset or gone.
You can also check this information here (There was a connection error. Try again in a bit) that I hope you can understand to read it while mostly of players have asked this problem too.

Hello everyone,
I'm not sure if the problem is fixed or not according to the threads ..... it certainly isn't fixed on my PC running windows10 and using a pre-installed game from the Microsoft store. As for clearing the cache on windows 10 I have done so, but that's on the chrome browser, does any cache build up on the actual pre-installed app?
I have up-dated the game with the latest up-dates, but it's still running slow and always trying to "catch up" with it's self
Sorry for re-posting but I can't follow the threads .... that's what happens when you get old!

Microsoft store? Just install it through Facebook. I'm using a PC with Chrome and the repair finally worked for me.

I’m having this issue too. I use my ipad2 and it won’t load...just freezes when it tries to load up who I am.
i uninstalled and when I try to link my Facebook it stalls and won’t allow me to click on anything. My iPhone is fine. I hate playing on my iPhone. I spend a lot of money on this game. But at this point I’m giving up!
