No internet connection

My game will not load and states I have no internet connection. I have rebooted my phone, check my internet account and I have connection. I want to uninstall and reinstall my app, but fear of losing everything so far. Any suggestions?

I have tried what you have suggested but to no avail and this is very frustrating my 2iPads and my mobile phone will not connect there is saying there is no connection when my Wi-Fi is very fast I have tried going to someone else’s house and using their Wi-Fi to no avail this is very very frustrating how can you get me back online my level is6454 this has never happened before .
it tried to contact the App Store so I am unable to purchase any lives.
like I say before I have tried closing down all the apps tried rebooting tried switching it of for 10 minutes but it just isn’t working .
it keeping saying carol Ann which this is not my name it Barbara Jackson don’t no now this has happened please please please help
