After you log in to a King account in www.king.com*, is this what you see after trying to link FB and King accounts?
Or is it something else?

* on www.king.com players have only the option to log in to an existent King account and not create one, unfortunately. So a King account can be created only on Soda app installed on your computer at this point. After that it should be possible for computer users to link a FB account and King account on king.com unless there's an issue that needs to be sorted out

Thanks for confirming. At the moment we wait for news. I had reported this problem to community manager to understand what's going on. It's the first time I see this type of error in king.com so I can't say what could be the cause, I'm sorry.
Another computer user reported this first and provided the screenshot above however yours is the only game ID I was able to send. so hopefully this will be sorted out soon
However, I also have good news, the issue about receiving lives has been fixed by the Game Studio ! it might take a while for the new update to arrive to everyone, so the main support thread will be kept open over the weekend

@Pitty_Kitty Ok so I got my 3 weeks won and got the reward and team members are allowed to give me lives again so now everthnig seems to be working correctly.....never did get to sync to king.com an the support person there was no help and no compensation given for all I have lost in the past few weeks.....but thank you for you help.....hopefully the game continue to work correctly.....thanks again ......Larry

Are you referring to Candy Crush Soda Saga or Candy Crush Saga?
I don't think there's a set limit but 21 is definetely not it in Soda since I was able to keep a 1 year streak before I broke it.
If you're sure that you're not missing a day (if you miss a day, the streak starts from day 1) then please check standard troubleshooting steps and let me know if it keeps happening. We'll try to investigate what's going on 🙂
- check for Soda and device updates
- check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
- provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
- you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times
*it depends on on the type of the device. Read all details here. You can clear cookies/cache of your device. Or clear cache of Soda app directly, if you own Android. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
