Hi @Chetella, welcome to our community. Do you play through Facebook? If you do then the Facebook token app might have expired. Go into the Facebook settings and click on the Apps and Website. When that opens look at the top and there should be 3 tabs on top. Click on the expired tab and if you see the game there then click to edit and then click on the renew access and it should work.

Hi @clover3737, have you ever played with Facebook before or did you just sign in for the first time. If you don't play through Facebook and then suddenly log in with it, Facebook has no idea that you played the game before. Please give me more information so that I can direct you further.

This is a credentials renewal problem, all you have to do is reconnect to Facebook and renew the access of the app. You can read all about it in our first post of this thread, or here.

I had someone to help me to try fix Candy Crush Saga - to get back to level 1378 and she cannot fix it. I’m still on the beginning of level 1 on I-phone and it will not let me get into Facebook. I can play the game on my I-pad at level 1378.
Should I delete the game entirely and say I lost everything?
