I think there’s a bug right now in solitaire. When I go to play a game the ufo booster is always selected and I can’t remove/deselect, and I’m also not getting any UFO from it. So I can’t use the booster at all right now. Is this a known issue being worked on?
Hi. I had problems with my phone and I had to factory reset it. As a result I downloaded the game again and logged in as before. I’ve lost all my boosters, all the lived people sent me and I’ve also lost approximately 100 levels. I was on about level 650 and now I’m back to level 559. I'm not happy at all. I love the game…
How come I can't send or request lives?
have done more then 4600 levels. When I opened the game I was back to level one and I can’t get my progress back. I tried your tips for doing a reset. It didn’t work 😢 Help !!!!
Why does my inbox keep disappearing? It comes back eventually, and still has everything in it. Almost as frustrating as the new everything game ad popup offering a free power up.

I’m in this level on my phone
The game crashes and I have to reinstall the game very often. After reinstalling the game all gained items get erased, but it doesn't lose my place in the game. This wasn't a problem several years ago when I first started playing the game.
how do I get my levels back
When I open the game it comes up but then when I go to my level it seems to freeze and then close. When I re open it it works fine except I cannot open the messages envelope. I can not connect. I have an android phone but it is an S23 not a 5. I can not send lives or receive them. I have cleared the catch and restarted my phone. The wifi symbol keeps going around. I don't play with wifi, never have and never had this issue before.

For About a month now I have not been able to send or receive lives. And previously before that it would randomly work.
