I’m in this level on my phone
The game crashes and I have to reinstall the game very often. After reinstalling the game all gained items get erased, but it doesn't lose my place in the game. This wasn't a problem several years ago when I first started playing the game.
how do I get my levels back
When I open the game it comes up but then when I go to my level it seems to freeze and then close. When I re open it it works fine except I cannot open the messages envelope. I can not connect. I have an android phone but it is an S23 not a 5. I can not send lives or receive them. I have cleared the catch and restarted my phone. The wifi symbol keeps going around. I don't play with wifi, never have and never had this issue before.

For About a month now I have not been able to send or receive lives. And previously before that it would randomly work. hi, I logged in usin facebook acc to the game and I lost all people who I colud send lives to and receive lives from. How can I get them back? Thanks in advance

I understand that facebook is no longer supported but it's been a while since I've been on and was wondering if there was a way to retrieve my progress from the Facebook login? I was very far into the game and would like to not have to start all over if possible.
I play Pyramid Solitaire Saga on my Android Phone & Tablet. Where it says you got a gift & the name of the person who gave you a life, when I click on Accept it says: Your remaining messages have been saved so you can use them when you need them. Just wanted to know where are they saved to?
