How do I connect online to save my progress? It's been two weeks since I could connect and I have over1900 games completed. I can't transfer my progress to my new tablet. Please help asap! The Wi-Fi will not connect and I've tried everything.

This is the second tournament I won first place and never got my chest I've contacted support in app twice and never heard back. When logging in after tournament ends the tournament page is gone and I don't get to open my chest.

So I made a account in the game and one here. Selected the option to connect them. Changed my profile pic here (no way to do that in the game?) But I still see the default one in game. Why is this so unclear? Also had to choose a different username here, but use the same email on both
