level 585 malfunction
Hi. Long time BubbleWitch3 player. Only play for gold 3 stars. Level 585 is malfunctioning. Does not advance green bar so cannot achieve 3 stars. Have achieved 2 stars but will not allow 3 stars. Can you fix this? Please respond. Thanks.

at which level do you get "medals" instead of "quests"
as per title, I cannot remember if there is a specific level when the Quests for fairy dust are retired and you get instead the Medal for fairy dust

Starcat disappears after only first use.
I activate starcat for 30 minute but it deactivates after only first use. It does not last for 30 minutes. I also updated the app.

new levels will not load
You click on the update button and you are directed to the store. When clicking on BW3 you get told that it is already installed and given a "play" button. When this is clicked you are redirected to the original notice saying that updates are available starting the cycle again. So what gives with these updates?

Can't connect
I can't connect through my Google account or my King account. I've tried literally everything that is suggested. It won't even let me use my gold bars or receive gifts from competitions. Please help!

Witches hats
Can anyone tell me about the witches hats I'm on level 583 and my sister is on level 150 or something less than 200 and she has witches hats 9 or more of the hats so please don't tell me that you have to be on a certain level because you don't.i wish someone would fix this problem. Issue with badge rewards
My rewards for my badges have changed. Last week I had some that were going to be worth 2500 fairy dust and now they just show 50. This has happened several times. I Have been earning badges, but I only get 50 every time, and I know they increase with each level. But in my case it will only give 50. please help.
