Hello, I am on a windows pc trying to open the game. It opens but the "connect" button is flashing, when I click on it I get the usual ways to connect (facebook, email, etc.) but when I click on the facebook button nothing happens. I played last night with no issues. I'm afraid to play without being connected because I don't want to loose any boosters that have taken me forever to collect. I can't give you a member id as it won't let me connect in any way. I did also try to go in on my android tablet and have the same issue. Can anyone help? I've tried all the tips that are given in Support faq's and have even restarted my computer but nothing helps. Also, the app does not show in my microsoft store library either. What is going on? I'm so addicted to this game I'm going crazy. I just want to play to relieve some stress! ๐ Help!

Apologies for the inconvenience, the studios are still investigating the option to connect the game to facebook, please try to use a King account instead to back up your progress.

Want to add, I did just find the app in my library (microsoft store) and it says "modified today" so I'm assuming there was an update and that has somehow caused this issue?

Yes we have just had an update have you checked to see if its gone through
Also after an update I find it best to close your game and turn your device off and on

No, still can't play. I checked Microsoft store, there is no update, just the one from yesterday that I fear caused the error. I tried restarting again as well. Still exactly the same issue as described above. :(
@andreah1 Do you have a copy of your ID
Also can you tell me what device you are using and what platform you are in to play the game ๐๐

The game was removed from Facebook temporarily, the studios are working on it and doing their best to restore the game. Apologies for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.
Thanks for the update, praying it is fixed soon! @PrettyBubbles, I tried it on androoid and windows, no luck but now we have our answer. A question for anyone....can I still play without losing anything? It does take me to my correct level but I don't want to chance losing boosters, etc. And what about the daily gift? I was on an over 100 day streak of collecting, will I lose that? Grrrr....
Hi @andreah1 That's why enquired what device and platform you were using as you can now only play BW3 using windows 10 or a mobile device

I know that, that was a change in May. I am unable to connect thru facebook in the app starting yesterday. As @Minatozaki said, they are working on it but I am wondering, can I play without being connected thru facebook and not lose my boosters, progress, etc.? Or should I not touch it until it is fixed? If I attempt to connect thru my king account instead of facebook account will it screw things up?
