Story: Morgana, about to achieve her goal of spreading the curse throughout the fairy kingdom to become more powerful, is cornered by Stella, Wilbur, Nero, and her greatest weakness—the fairies. Using their powers, especially the Fairy Queen’s, they manage to imprison her once again. However, Morgana feeds on a source of power almost as strong as Stella or the Fairy Queen, allowing her to control all of Stella’s allies, leaving Stella alone with only the cat from the second game and her stellar cats.
Stella’s objective will be to defeat Morgana once and for all, who is feeding on very powerful sources of magic that Stella will have to destroy. One of these sources is the bubbles themselves because each bubble her power reaches makes her stronger, and additionally, every fairy or magical creature trapped inside extracts their magical energy to make her even more powerful.

[ ] Mechanics
There will be 3 types of battles:
First: Defeat Morgana. In this battle, Morgana will attack you by throwing corrupted, cursed, or black bubbles to block your way. Each time she absorbs more energy, there will be an animation showing her growing stronger, and she will be able to use powers from your allies, like Nero’s orb or the fairies’ powers. She will also use her bubble shield mechanic, but now you will have to use 3 bubbles of different colors to break it. The fairies you can attack with will only be released through spells (a mechanic I will explain later, with a specific spell to free fairies during battles).
Battle 2, Morgana’s Blockades: You will have to defeat one of your allies chosen at random. To do this, you must eliminate the power sources that allow them to appear there—whether owls, ghosts, fairies, etc.—and then cast a specific spell on them. The level will give you hints to know which spell to use. Canonically, this will be a distraction from Morgana, so it won’t be the final battle but will appear beforehand.
Before explaining battle type 3, I need to explain some new features:
---
New Features:
Levels will now use a Minecraft-style generation system so you only know what’s happening in a certain bubble zone (for spells). You will be able to move Stella and even the camera/screen, attack from walls, make shots at different angles, and the screen may randomly rotate and shake for added difficulty (shakes only in hard levels) to show the chaos Morgana has caused.
Besides moving Stella, some levels will be more like boss fights with a unique style: it starts with a bubble zone; after destroying all power sources, you take out Stella’s wand and mount her broom to shoot bubbles at bubbles moving toward you in the air, then literally fight by clicking and even casting spells, like a fighting game.
---
Spells:
This is different from boosters. Boosters are boosters, but they are called spells because it fits perfectly with the game’s story and justifies their existence. I wondered: if Stella is a witch, why doesn’t she do more magic? So, spells came to mind. You would press the wand button, Stella would hold it, and you would have to do different gestures for each spell and quickly write certain magical words with your fingers for a powerful spell.
The first spell is “Lightning Tunnel”: you make a tunnel or lightning shape between bubbles and write random symbols (the magical words).
Then there’s “Infinite Fountain”: you draw a circle around Stella, then a kind of fountain next to her and connect them. This spell lasts 30 seconds; the tunnel spell lasts 10 seconds because it’s easier.
For the fountain spell, you do 2 rare symbols, which give you more power, and on your tenth use, it releases a fairy attack with animation that destroys all bubbles on screen.
There could be more spells, but I haven’t thought of them yet.

Levels and Level Types:
1. Clear the ceiling: Like in game 2, you clear the ceiling but now with obstacles Morgana places. At the end, you have to use a spell to fully clear the ceiling. This spell removes the darkness Morgana left after clearing the ceiling.
2. Make potions: You collect ingredients for potions and make them fall into your cauldrons bouncing off spiders (mechanic inspired by game 2). You must ensure the right ingredients fall into the right cauldron using spells, such as one that works like a magnet moving ingredients where you point the wand. Three of the potions you make can be used for another game mechanic (potions).
3. Rescue the fairies: You must rescue fairies trapped in the level by bursting bubbles and exploding clouds of corruption and cursed bubbles (extra mechanic explained later) in their nests. At the end, you face the final obstacle—the possessed Fairy Queen, whom you must defeat in a magical battle with real spells and no bubble-shield-breaking.
4. Rescue animals: Rescue owls and other animals trapped in bubbles.
5. Clear all bubbles: The name says it all.
In this level, chunk-style generation will be important. Using multiple spells creates combos, and certain areas will keep loaded bubbles for benefits—for example, destroying 3 groups of bubbles in a combo of 3, and doing specific spells will detect that you destroyed certain parts and grant bonuses like rotating the screen to another “chunk” to continue the combo.
6. Save the ghosts: There will be six ghosts you have to get to the top of the level (like game 3) and 3 trapped in bubbles (like game 2), but with an aerial broom zone similar to the second phase of battle type 2. You will have 100 bubbles because it’s a big task.
---
Last type of level I thought of: Combined levels like clearing the ceiling while clearing all bubbles, rescuing ghosts and animals, or freeing fairies, etc. Levels will combine chapters like in game 3 and a map like in game 2.
---
Battle Type 3: You face everyone at once in different fight types—fairies like in game 3 or shields like in game 2. There will also be 3-bubble shields (the ones I proposed), the power sources, and fights in a Skullgirls-style.
Also, I’ll add a reference: a chapter called “Witch Country,” referencing Witch Country.
---
Extra mechanics:
Potions with different abilities made from bubbles like in game 2 but now with more ingredients and powers, and cursed bubbles that, when hit, turn your bubbles into cursed ones. These can only be removed with spells or when you combine 6 cursed bubbles of the same color. The darkness can be cleared either with magic or with 9 yellow bubbles.

And that’s everything!
