For weeks now I've continued to lose status and rewards because regardless how many levels I pass, my scores remain unchanged!! I've now been bumped down to the Cauldron League.
I've tried all suggestions that are normally given, and nothing ever works. This past year this game has really changed and not for the better. The effort and money the players put into this game, then to have these problems constantly happen is so frustrating, not to mention you guys decreased a lot of items but not the price in the "store". So very unfair for those who enjoy the game when they are not being ripped off π‘
Try this - before you start to play check the LEAGUE info - look at what you get if you are in the top three and then play your game - you should start to earn stars again .. had the same problem and this worked for meΒ -- you will need to do this every time you play the game and yes it's a pain but it works but you will have to do it every time you leave and then come back to the game . Pretty Bubbles keeps saying a fix is coming and is being rolled out but I do not believe the fix works . So try my work around and see if it helps if not sorry .

Yes there is a fix being rolled out but it will take a while to reach the vast amount of users we have
Hopefully once its complete the fix will work please be rest assured if that was not the case further investigation into fixes for the leagues would be carried out
I am monitoring this issue closely until all players are good to goπ

Yes I did inform players that a fix was being rolled out I did not say the recent fix was included for everyone in the last update
Updates are not always for fixes we receive them from time to time to also keep our game play and events up to date not just for fixes
The fix is still in progress some will have already received it and some will receive it soon π

As @PrettyBubbles has informed us, we listen to your feedback and pass it on to the team. The team then needs to investigate, seeing that a small % of players are having this issue.
We can assure you that this is being looked at, and we'll update you once we know more.
In the meantime, you only need to make sure the game app is always up to date and play while connected to a strong internet connection.
