Why isn’t my progress saved?
My phone went dead after I beat a level and when I turned it back on I was logged out the game. I logged back in and and it took 4 levels from me and a unicorn. I need my levels and characters back or I’m deleting app.

Why don't I get progress on multi-day challenges?
In the last couple of weeks there have been multi-day challenges, such as 'Complete 4 cookie levels,' or 'Comeplete 4 jam levels,' and now Complete 4 octopus levels. For each challenge I have completed the required type of levels, and still showed 0/4. Is this a glitch?

My Profile Was Deleted
King account profile picture was deleted, no longer accurate! It will not let me upload a new one. I have already tried logging out & back in, restarted my decide multiple times, even uninstalled + reinstalled the game. Those is not my picture and I hate it.
