@hechicerilla hi. if you're not accumulating lollipops in the game and registering your account delete the game at bubblegum troll event and install it again and log in with your account that's how you can see your character because i did this like this. Don't worry we will get our costumes back and we will relax like olivia the witch but if i can find another way in wild west Splash event i will tell you (this is the old photo🧙♀️)

I have a another theory I think the only solution is getting the original character with no costume l mean because you only have the costume of a character that you don't have and the game gets confused and makes the costume load l don't know this just my thoughts.
