Losing my free hour of lives
Twice in last two weeks, I get a free hour of lives, but then it uses up my lives during the hour and I don't get to really play free for an hour. :(

My level 3358 starts me with only 16 lives but when I view online everyone elsestarts with 28 lives.
When I start level 3358 I'm only given 16 lives and its not possible to complete with so few lives. When I looked at how others had completed this level on youtube, they started with 28 lives which is a huge difference. Why do I only have 16 lives to start when every other example I've seen online has 28 lives to start.…

I have been asking for help for over a week...I use Facebook, Firefox and I am on level 1665...my graphics have crashed and I cannot see things LIKE JELLY!! and many other things to help me play the game...can ANYONE help me...Bryan? Kira???

Level 3356 calls for collecting licorice. No matter what I do, enough licorice never falls. Please fix this.

The wheel keeps spinning and it says no internet connection.
I have internet with bubble witch saga 3 and soda crush so not internet problem. I tried logging on to king.com and have also tried Facebook but no luck. Level 3358
Another ridiculous level that they've changed to make it impossible. Just released and they've already reduced the number of moves to 16 to get 28 candies. Are these supposed to be fun and/or challenging? Not any more.

Why do the upper levels such as 3337 and 3338 have so few moves? The videos show more.
I will probably have to quit because these upper levels such as 3337 and 3338 are impossible to pass. The videos show more moves. This isn't fun anymore....I've spent alot of time and money playing this game, but unless these change, I'll have to quit. So sad for me.............
