Welcome to Sweet King Community! 👑
They are currently investigating why some players are not able to receive Lives in the game. Please note that there is a capacity limit now in the Lives inbox, find more info HERE. If you are under your limit though, you should be able to receive new Lives from friends. They are looking into this issue why no Lives are received of some players. They will keep you updated on this on the thread here. Thank you for your patience!

Hello Diana your friends may very well be sending you lives, but the change to Your Requests now mean that you can only receive so many lives a day. When you check your lives if you see 5/50 (for example) then this means you are allowed to store a total of 50 lives and you have received 5. The problem for a lot of players is that on top of the storage limit (50 in this example) King has also introduced a limit on how many lives you can receive in a day. The maximum number of lives you can receive in a day is ten percent of your storage limit. In this example then with a storage limit of 50 you would only be able to receive 5 lives a day from all of your friends.
Another issue is that if you check your lives and you see something like 125/50 this means you will not receive any lives at all from your friends. If you have managed to keep hold of lives from when the feature allowed you to receive a total of 1000 lives and you have more lives than your storage limit then you will not receive anymore lives until the number of lives you have falls below the number of lives you are allowed to store. So for this example if you have more lives than the 50 limit then it doesn't matter how many lives you request, or your friends give you as you will not receive anymore lives until the quantity available for use falls below 50.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE DIFFERENT NAMES FOR THE SAME GAME, JUST TO GET THE DIFFERENT REWARDS?
As long as you use a different email address for each name you can have as many different profiles as you like.
SOME OF THESE PLAYERS ( MY FRIENDS) HAS NO PROFILE
Are you referring to all the people called 'Player'? 'Player' aren't the same person they are people that are playing the game without having created an account to save their game.
