ive gone to the kings support on a few occasions, don’t bother , they never help just make excuses & blame you

I am on level 4000 & over the last few days I have lost so many gold bars, because my game keeps crashing, no race anymore, no daily wheel, no events at all. I had a message back from King support, to say, they are looking into the possibility of a technical problem that might be impacting my candy crush game…it’s been days of this!! Please get the game sorted, my gold back, and all events returned.

If you need help with level progress, purchases & account issues, King Player Support team is the one that you need to contact.
Are you still waiting for your missing Gold bars from Candy Royale & Episode Race? Did you contact the Player Support team like I suggested (on Monday, I think)!

How much longer is going to take to get this issue resolved? It's been at least 4 days and I still haven't rcvd the 45 gold bars for winning my race. I spend an awful amount of money on this game and you should just issue them to the people who have not received them. Any other game I play if there's an issue It's fixed by the next day or two not this long!!

Still no change. No gold bars after crossing 5 bridges quickly. No notification of any kind. No rewards. Nothing.
