Hi folks,
since a few days I can’t play the game anymore. It turns grey on the play menu as if it‘s loading something but nothing happens. Screen stays grey shaded and I can’t click anything.
Turning off and on the device didn’t help. I can only reinstall the app (and loose all my boosters) and play one level. After that the screen goes grey again and I‘m stuck once more…
Does anyone experiencing the same? I‘m on iPad, iOS 17.3.1…

this seems to be a serious problem here. I experienced the same since a few days and all the support is answering with the standard automated message: „Have you tried turning the computer off and on again?“ and all that stuff.
Well, of course I did and lot‘s of other people here did too. This seems to be an ongoing problem which should be fixed.

the problem isn‘t fixed yet. The reply of the support was only the standard automated response „Have you tried turning the computer off and on again?“ and all that keep-your-software-up-to-date stuff. Not very helpful…
I‘m curious when I will be able to play the game again…
