I am suspecting you are also experiencing the glitch that many other players are having in their games.
If so, there is nothing you can do to resolve the issue but, wait till the Candy Team fix the glitch. For updates, please keep an eye on the main thread where we are compiling all the complaints —> Error in connecting to the Store.
