Just making sure we are referencing the same thing : Episode Races are gone (not weekly races). The episode races awarding Gold Bars when you are first to complete an episode. This completely disappeared for everyone playing on Windows PC + Facebook, as far as I know.
Hello @KeepTrying several people have posted to say that their Episode Race has disappeared, so it is looking like either King has a problem or they are deliberately removing it from some players.
Keep an eye on this forum to see if there is an official thread started about the issue.

Thanks for checking in. Yes, we have flagged this issue to the developers, so they’re aware of it.
Sometimes these features can be temporarily disabled or impacted by updates, but we’re looking into it. I'll keep you all posted once I know more.

I am curious to know why they might remove it from 'some players'?
That is just how King manage each and every feature of the game @KeepTrying
The only feature that everyone has in their game is the Booster Wheel (and I am not 100 % sure about that) all of the other features are delivered to random groups of people and those groups can then be swapped with other groups that haven't had the feature previously. Sometimes people can have a feature for so long that they think it is a permanent feature of the game, but as I said at the start the only permanent feature is the Booster Wheel.
What all of this means is that King can remove a feature from your game because they have moved it to another group of players, or because they are testing something.
I can't say for sure, but because there are relatively few complaints about the issue it would seem more than likely that this is an error caused by King rather than them removing a feature,

Yes and no. The majority of people that respond to posts like yours are just ordinary members of the public that have no contact with King whatsoever.
The only person on this site that works for King is the Community Manager. As you can see our Manager has now reported the issue directly to King.
