i was on level 496 did an upgrade for the game and it took me back to level 1. I have been playing this game for years and I'm really frustrated that my game is gone. I want my game back

Every time I use a special candy the game locks up and I have to close it and come back only for it to do it again. I lose lives every time it happens. It's the only game from King that does it. Please help
My profile picture won't move along like it used to and is stuck on level 210 even though I completed 210, 211, 212, and 213. I tried going back and completed 210 again, then went to 211, 212, etc. My name is already up on the board as one of the high scorers so the game knows I'm past 210, but the picture is stuck back on…
I've unlocked levels but not been given the rewards in the treasure chest? I've tried to log out and then back in but no change. Also I lost the streak of 80 days when I had played every day?
I was up to day 50 a couple days ago then the next day it reset to Day 1. I know I had just played the previous afternoon! What gives?
So I got to prize levels 965, 969, 975, 983 and low and behold it doesn't give me the prizes! The gift boxes are there but no prize! What is the point if you beat the levels to get prizes and they don't give them! Ridiculous... And writing a complaint does absolutely nothing..

I too am and having issues with the gift boxes not opening, not getting the 10x multiplier and when opening the app it doesn't have me on my current level. It appears others are having this issue but I've seen no answer that will help me fix this. I'd like this fixed as it's super annoying!
