    Hello @Chris_Carsberg and welcome to our Sodalicious Community. I have found the the King games are more sensitive to a strong and steady internet signal than others. For example when I play Soda on my iPad - I am connected and yet when I try and send lives to my Soda teammates it says 'sorry, try again later'. But every once in awhile I can send lives. Have you received the no internet connection message on both devices?

    I also play on my iPhone, but I only play Candy Crush Saga on both. All the other King games I play just on my mini iPad. For example I have found that if I was playing Farm Heroes on my mini iPad and had Bonnie at full strength and then went to play it on my iPhone, my level would be correct but I would lose my progress with Bonnie and have to start again. So I don't want to risk it with Soda - because I try and keep my soda bottles at full strength and it appears these features' progress is stored locally on your device - so if I switch to another device - the event progress would be lost.

    I have found that sometimes if I reboot the device I want to sync - then when it comes back on - I am synced with the other device.

    I have been playing a very long time . my level is over 3400. I don't no what happened but I am no longer signed in and keep getting a connection error. What could the problem be, I don't want to lose my progress

    Hi @grammykksl . Welcome to our Community

    Its your problem something like post bellow 👇️

    if you are getting a connection some times and others not, can you firstly check you game is up to date and on the latest version and log out and restart the device, then log back in. See if your problem still exists if it does

    Post above the game team are aware of and are trying to find a fix, but there is no time frame as of yet. Please be patient and hopefully your game will be up and running soon

    Restart ur device n update to latest version n try again. Check that ur internet speed is fast n stable.
