cant get past level 25in alphabetty
the cheese chunks fall to bottom but dont get added to my collect total-whats with traps that steal the chunks that fell off bottom line.they catch them and move them back up??

Losing turns
I'm on level 78 of Alphabetty, I have 16 turns to collect 5 cheeses, but at each attempt I am losing turns. At my 4th word, the counter dropped down to 5 instead of 12. Noticed this yesterday & I started watching the turn counter, so at each attempt to complete this level I am losing 7 turns! Any suggestions or help?

Can't unlock episode in Alphabetty Saga
Asking for friends' help in unlocking an episode is useless. Have asked repeatedly, and received it, but it doesn't show. Any way to fix this? Don't tell me to clear my cache or something similar =)

Level 18 - Dealing with the isolated bubbles
I cannot work out how to burst the isolated bubbles in the top two corners and on the bottom row. I somehow manage to burst one or two but I have no idea how it happened. Can someone please explain.

Level 39 in AlphaBetty. it does not count my words in order to pass the level.
This level requires the player to make words of 4, 5, or 6 letters to pass the level. When I play level 39 it counts every word as a turn, but does not count the words I make against the number of letters requirement. So I can't pass the level. I play on a Kindle Fire.

how do I use the hammer on level 25
I don't understand what the hammer is used for or how to use it. When I place the hammer over a tile it doesn't do anything. I also am confused about the vine tiles and mousetraps
