I start to load the game by clicking on the icon, it starts loading and i see the alphabetty load screen appear, and then a blueish screen appears, and that's all it just stays there and sits there can you help me with this why this is happening, this is a screen shot of the problem below. http://prntscr.com/6uc4om
How on earth do you pass this level? I know some levels are more difficult than others, but I've found the red "Hard" levels to be easier. Level 844 if stuck. All bubbles are popped and it continually tells me there's 1 more to go. I'm in a tight competition with a friend. I've played this multiple times even spending money to purchase more tries - no luck. Please HELP!
I try to type in a longer word and the game automatically cuts me off by accepting a shorter one.
I have just opened up Alphabetty to play and all my bonuses have gone. 40 crowns 9 blasters and 119 hammers. This is the second time you have done this to me. Not very happy.

Why am I being asked for my address to make a purchase of gold bars?
please fix - it shuffles when you can make a word and doesn't shuffle when its impossible. its also next to impossible to get 3 stars on. You can't start with Barney because there is only one tile that isn't in a vine or codice. I'm going back to get 3 stars on all of the levels while waiting for hopefully new levels.
How do you finish level 578 with only 10 trials. I formed 6 letters words but it doesn't count because some of the squares have leaf on it and do not accept the words.
