Can't receive lives when I request. But, I get request from players. So I'm not getting any plays!?!?!?

I'm sitting at 0 lives from friends (on all my devices). I've been sending requests like always. Up until 2 days ago, I would receive a couple dozen lives from friends daily (I have well over 100 friends) In the past 2 days I have received 4 lives over 3 different devices from friends. At least I'm saving a butt load of money with this mess.

For the last couple days I can't receive lives whether I request them or someone sends me one. I tried to look thru the other questions but can't see a resolution

I have been requesting lives from friends who play, they have sent a life to me and also a request for a life but I am only receiving the request fo a life and getting a life. I have zero lives so no it's not because I have reached the maximum

I’m not receiving lives

It's been 3 days since the last time I received lives from friends. All I receive now are requests. My mailbox is empty (0/50)
