They were working on the issue! But, as you see, it kept coming back in one or the other Ad! The complaints stopped after September 13th! It means that the Black Screen issue was resolved then, isn't it?
With regards to the issue in your game -- are you experiencing the Black screen in all the Ads or just one particular Ad? If it is just one particular Ad, do you know which Ad it might be (sometimes, the brand name would appear first, then the screen goes black)! If you can give me as many details as possible, I will be able to report it to our Community In-charge👍️
I also need to know which device you are using and the App version you have right now.
