Hello Susan have you got a level 10,000 banner? If you have you won't get an 11000 banner automatically as the banner isn't updated as you pass each milestone level. The only way you will get an 11,000 banner if you already have a 10,000 banner is if you receive the Milestone Challenge in your feature. If you don't receive the Milestone Challenge then your banner won't get updated to level 11,000.

The Milestone badge in the game can be claimed after completing the Milestone Challenge. The challenge will appear in a pop up in your game after passing the milestone level.
It will also be available under the Events tab for one week. You will need to complete it within that time to get the badge to your avatar. After one week the challenge expires.

Congratulations on level 11,000!! I was hoping they would make a level 11,000 banner on the app, but I don't think there is right now. Fingers crossed for soon!

I asked for it myself as I didn't receive my 6000 banner and I didn't receive this event either. This event is not coming back, I was told. I think that little by little the players will get the banner. We just have to be patient.

I think these new features/events are not available for all of players that's means some players selected while had these new features/events randomly and it's tested. So check to read this information properly here 👇😊

To get the badge you must first pass the milestone challange that should suddenly appear in the game. Keep in mind that this feature is not yet available to all players.
I'm past 11000 level but I'm yet to get my 11k badge even after claiming it. Kindly assist.
They haven't realised the 11000 badge yet. The last one is 10000, but if you want, you can get the 11,000 community badge ☺️
