I can't receive lives from my friends

Lots and lots of life requests. receiving NONE. Still waiting on word for what will be done about it. Meanwhile, others have a distinct advantage over those of us who get ZERO gifts from friends.🤨

All day I haven't been able to receive lives from my friends. I am only able to give lives. This started early this morning

The issue of lives not being received is currently under investigation, please keep an eye on this post for updates on when this will be resolved:
Also note that the Candy Crush saga now has a limit of lives capacity in the game and you may not receive lives because you have reached your maximum capacity.

Hmm
not sure if my lives requests are being ignored

I had over 70 lives saved before the limit came in
then the limit wiped out all my lives
I’ve requested countless times and still nothing received
