I opened the game Monday morning and found the #1 of the weekly contest already conquered 173 levels. It’s equivalent to almost 12 episode races. That player doesn’t have a name or their name isn’t displayed. With this rate, I don’t think any of us in this race stands a chance 😄.
Hi @TPS23 That is a lot of levels indeed, more than I would want to play in 12 hours, but it is possible and I think this player is probably real. Unfortunately, especially if you are good at the game and win the weekly contest, King then pick a player with this many levels played just to make the weekly race more "challenging" for us. It happens to me quite often, too. I start my game on a Monday and they have put someone with 200 levels into my game. It's very annoying.
Hello @TPS23 I am just wondering something. You say the player has completed 173 levels in 12 hours but your screenshot shows that the Weekly Contest has been running for 26 hours.
Are you saying that the player had 173 levels completed when you first opened your game on Monday and hasn't played any since.
Is there a player with that avatar in your friends list.
@christinewupp I agree with you that the player is probably real, but I can't help thinking that completing 173 levels in twelve hours is a lot when you are at level 11,000 and something
I took the screenshot on Monday evening before I posted this thread. The total levels win of 173 stayed the same for the whole day Monday and even now on Tuesday morning.
I guess it’s also possible if their weekly contest started at different times than mine, like earlier time in the day. Mine started at 8pm Sunday evening. Still, it’s interesting to me as I never noticed anything like this before.
I definitely admire the player for passing that many levels in a short time like that, especially when they are at 11k+ levels.
Right, it’s annoying and discouraging as well.
Hi. Thanks, I’m aware there must be time difference or something similar. My weekly race currently finishes at 8pm Sunday in my time zone. I assumed the new race would start right after that.
Similarly, I got other races finish at 3am or 4am my time before. Thus, it can be tricky to maintain your rank if the gap is not big enough.
