Hello @firebombmarkus thank you for the suggestion but I still back at level 1.I emailed Support Rep nothing.My level is in the thousands but I won't be starting over.I purchase bars to make it through hard levels and starting over is an NoNo😧Thanks again.

Hi @andiCandy1 Did you know that once you fill in the support form and receive an automated email message you need to reply to it? If you reply and explain your issue they will reach you. If you don't reply to it, they won't reach you at all.0

My old kindle was recently lost/stolen and when i retarted candy crush saga on my new kindle my levels had been lost. I was between 4600 and 4700. I am not a facebook user and had not used my email on my old device. Any advice would be welcome. Are the levels now lost?

no not yet. I assume i played as a guest on my old device and was not sure, given i had lost my previous levels.whether to sign up to a new kingdom account this time round. thought i would ask the community first

They want you to click on the King icon that you can see in the image below.
Once you have the account then I am going to ask you to click on this link to get your user ID #:Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link: https://soporto.king.com/contact
They can manually go into your new account and get you back to where you were. It might take a couple of days before you get a response so please be patient. You should get an email with a ticket number on it. Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the form.
