Ok I’ve edited out my email an now put my user if In but again it’s on my sons game my phone I can’t retrieve my game so will ID BE DIFFEREMT THEN? My son don’t play that game anymore he never even had the app I’m just so confused. I appreciate you trying to help. Do I need to do anything else now?

Yes I need you to complete the contact form from the link "here" that I wrote in my last message to you. Give them your user ID # and explain that you need your progress back. Whatever level number you give them that is where they will advance you. So if you can't remember exactly take a guess. Also make sure to use that topic and subtopic because that is how they know what has to be done.
