I am on level 4383 and I am not getting credit for goals so I can get gold bars. It stopped accumulating suddenly. Anyone else having this issue

We understand how frustrating this situation has been, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment it has caused. 💔
The Studio has carefully reviewed the issue with diamonds not being credited and, after further investigation, has decided to temporarily disable the feature. Fixing this bug properly will require more time and a deeper investigation to ensure it’s properly resolved.
We know this isn’t the outcome anyone was hoping for, and we sincerely apologize that we weren’t able to fix it more quickly. We'll keep you updated as soon as we have more news to share. 💎

Dit met het niet meer ontvangen van diamanten , duurt nu wel heel lang normaal worden de problemen direct opgelost, volgens mij worden wij voor de gek gehouden en komt het niet meer terug in het spel, want hoezo kun je wel gewoon duels spelen en diamanten winnen dat klopt toch niet

Es hilft keinem Spieler weiter wenn man immer wieder die alten Antworten und Entschuldigungen postet, die auch vom Satzbau falsch sind, weil dieser suggeriert das man das Problem eigentlich gelöst hat und anschließend direkt die Diskussionen schließt!
Für mich als langjährigen Spieler steht fest…
...als Werbetreibender würde ich nichts mehr kaufen, wenn potentielle Kunden wegbrechen, weil ein funktionierendes Spiel kaputt gemacht wurde und statt auf die alte Version zurück zu gehen und dann im Hintergrund an dem Problem zu arbeiten, zum Leidwesen der Spieler einfach der "status quo" bleibt. Herrn Trumps Starrsinn und Realitätsverlust lässt grüßen!
…als App-Nutzer würde ich gerne mehr wissen als nur "die Lösung dauert länger". Besonders wenn ein Spiel funktioniert hat und aus dem "Verursacherupdate" auch nicht ersichtlich ist was die Änderungen mit dem eigentlichen Spiel zu tun haben. Erklärt doch allen mal in einfachen Sätzen was analysiert wurde und warum das deshalb so lange dauert.
…als Spieler habe ich max. 6 Wochen Geduld, dann stirbt das Spiel auf meinen Geräten. Die sind bald um und die Trauerrede ist in Vorbereitung. Hoffe das das viele Millionen "aktive Spieler" auch so sehen!
Bem dito seja as suas colocações, disse tudo perfeitamente e o os seus dizeres representam toda a comunidade. Parabéns, agora só faltam os responsáveis pelo jogo resolverem o problema, pois o jogo é de capturas de diamantes e os mesmos não são contabilizado. LAMENTÁVEL, observação amanhã completará um mês desta falha sem solução.

As a very senior Principal Software Engineer, it's inconceivable that it would take even this long to fix this problem. Now, you're turning off the collection of diamonds altogether? There's no point in playing this game while the foundational scoring mechanism isn't working at all.
please please please fix the diamond situation! I looked every day to see if it’s been fixed. It’s so disappointing!

Hopefully the missing diamond feature will be fixed and re-appear. Hope you don't decide to leave it disabled. Trying to continue to play but can't collect diamonds to play on or buy bonus things to use to pass levels. Games are still hard enough to need the missing feature though.

We did playing and passing the latest new levels so... early, so we still don't receiving City Challenge Feature (Episode Race Feature) and more new special features mostly yet but we really don't want more waiting until City Challenge Feature (Episode Race Feature) and more new special features released and we can playing the latest new levels right now. If you want to receive City Challenge Feature (Episode Race Feature) and more new special features in this game, you should more patience waiting at least 2 weeks first then you can coming back to continue playing this game when you have still more than 30 new levels left almost to the max level better if you want, then you can seeing and receiving City Challenge Feature (Episode Race Feature) and more new special features as well! 😉
